DCI Purchasing
DCI is responsible for the procurement of department supplies, equipment, materials, services, etc. within the guidelines established by the Office of Administration in the Department Procurement Authority Delegation.
DCI purchasing sections solicit bids, award contracts and initiate purchase orders in accordance with applicable statutes, rules, policies and guidelines. We promote competitive procurement and encourage the participation and expansion of minority and women-owned business enterprises in the procurement process.
